CHAPTER 3 : HEALTHY LIFE
My daily diet at hostel :-
I am only eat for breakfast and dinner . For breakfast , I will eat three or four pieces of bread and drink HOT CHOCOLATE . For dinner, I will eat rice with vegetables or just eat MAGGI and drink mineral water . Unhealthy diets but helpful to reduces my weight . hehe
My daily diet at home :-
I will not skip my meal , I would eat if I see my mother eat . For breakfast , I will eat "nasi lemak" ,cake or bread with Milo or tea . For lunch , I will eat porridge and some fruit . TEA TIME ! my mother would make cakes for us eat together . She would make my favorite cake , my favorite cake is "KUIH SAMBAL" very delicious... lastly ,I will eat rice with "sambal udang" , "sambal petai" , "sambal belacan" and some vegetables . My favorite is "IKAN MASAK SAMBAL".
